                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE TRACTS OF LAND LOCATED AT 3113 AND
                   3115 CALHOUN AVENUE, MORE PARTICULARLY
                   DESCRIBED HEREIN, FROM R-2 RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO
                   O-1 OFFICE ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
                Tracts of land located at 3113 and 3115 Calhoun
                Avenue, described as lots 241 and 242, Plat Book 6,
                Page 16, ROHC, recorded in Deed Book 4334, ROHC.
                Tax Map No. 156P-D-010.
               
         from R-2 Residential Zone to O-1 Office Zone.
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         provided by law.
